UTW- The toad!!!
We were caught by surprise one morning when setting up our outside area- a toad jumped out of the tarpaulin! We were very excited and managed to catch him. We worked out whether he was a frog or a toad and named him ‘Toadie’. We looked up where toads live and decided to take him to the pond in the forest schools. What an adventure for the morning! We were the talk of the playground at breaktime!
The Beach Trip
On Wednesday we went on our class trip to the beach. We travelled by coach to Walton on the Naze. We spent the day searching for shells, making sand castles, playing beach games, paddling in the sea and eating ice lollies. We had so much fun and were very tired little Acorns on the journey home!
