Next Week:
Literacy– Next week we will be continuing to explore our new text ‘Juniper Jupiter’ by Lizzy Stewart. We will be planning and writing a part of the story.
Phonics- Next week, we will be continuing our Phase 3 Mastery. We will be revisiting how to recognise and say the sounds ai, ee, igh, oa as well as developing our segmenting to read skills and our use of whiteboard time. We will also be practicing our common exception words we have learnt so far and revisiting the CEWs ‘was’ and ‘you’
Maths –Next week we will be learning how to cominbe two groups to make a new number!

UTW/Topic – This week we have been making predictions and testing for floating and sinking! We also had a fab time discussing sustainability and reducing waste.
Phonics – This week we have been practising the sounds ch, sh, th and ng for our Phase 3 mastery. We are practising our blending, recognising CEW’s he and she as well as segmenting to write words with those sounds in.
