This week in their DT learning, the children pushed forwards with their vehicles learning and experimented with different wheels and axles. They explored the functionality behind them and how they work. They then had a go at deciding on an axle design before testing it out.
Computing
We started our word processing unit this week in Computing. We started our learning by looking at a programme which taught us all about the home keys on a keyboard and how we can use these keys to help us locate other ones. It also supported us in making sure we could maximise the use of our fingers int her right way without over-extending or using only one finger.
