After Easter break, we will be learning...

English: Character description, narrative writing.
Maths: Fractions – Identifying one half, shape, number, quantity.
Science: Identifying uses for different materials.
Phonics: -mb spelling rule.

Art

We reached the final stages of our Art project this half term. To finalise our piece, we printed our carving using printing ink. We chose from red, blue or black ink for our finish. We then put these together to create a display.

English

We were so impressed this week as the children completed their non-chronological reports! The children have worked so hard to create their own species and display it as a written piece. We took the time over a couple of days to really develop each of their stages to ensure they read well and were thorough. I think the children have every right to feel proud of themselves! Check out what we created.

Easter Fun!

We couldn’t complete our Easter term without finishing with an Easter egg hunt. Some great teamwork and support for the younger children.
