Our learning this week:
In maths we are learning to find fractions of amounts; find the whole amount when we know a fraction; convert units of measures.
In English we are learning to write a dialogue and a formal report based on the text ‘Tuesday’.
In science we are learning to plan an investigation involving circuits understanding controlled, independent and dependent variables.
We had a Times Tables Rockstars competition in Elder class. Well done to Elder second half team fir being the winners! A special well done to our top scorers: Harry, Maggie, Peggy, Neive and Molly.
In computing Elder class were looking at secret codes and trying their hand at deciphering some. There was superb cooperation and motivation to be seen as well as stickability as they were quite tricky!
