Don’t forget Elder class are visiting Golden Wood on Thursday 22nd June and will need a packed lunch to eat at the woods.

In maths this week we are revisiting our learning on converting measures including imperial to metric measures.

In English this week we are learning to use similes and metaphors in descriptive writing, to write a journal entry in role, to write a story.

Our big question this week is ‘When you are older, what difference would you like to make to the lives of others’?

In English this week, Elders have been completing writing based on the short film, Francis. There were some fabulous descriptions of the ‘monster’ in the lake.

Elder class had their final visit to Golden Wood where they remembered all of the activities they have done there over the years.

Elder class enjoyed their theatre workshop with Lynn from the Theatre Royal following on from them watching The Grimm Twins performance on Tuesday.
