Next week’s learning:
Christmas themed activities!
Carol singing at The Willows.
This week, we did a science experiment on evaporation! We had three petri dished filled with 10ml of water. We placed one on the radiator, one in the side in the classroom and one in the fridge. We observed the change in volume of water over 4 hours. We noticed that the water on the radiator went down the most. This meant that the rate of evaporation is quicker, the higher the temperature.
We worked together to sequence steps for building a snowman. This then helped us to write this as a set of instructions.
