maths:
This week we began our money topic. We started off by looking at pounds and pence, converting between the two. Then we looked at comparing amounts of money, using our knowledge of comparing and ordering. We ended the week by using money to ‘buy’ multiple things and work out simple change giving. We used strategies we already knew before we build on this next lesson.
English:
We have been exploring our new story this week. Last week, we began as Egyptologists to gather the theme of the story. We then began researching Egyptian lifestyle which lead to us writing a non-chronological report.
