English:
This week we have been recapping SPaG learning. We have looked at contractions, varying the start of our sentences and different types of sentences.
Maths:
We began our new topic on fractions. We looked at making the whole and counting beyond 1. This required us to remember our learning from previous years of unit and non unit fractions and improper fractions.
DT:
We looked at British Inventor Alexander Graham Bell. We tested and created different cup telephones.
Half term projects:
Over half term the children created fantastic projects based on jungle and desert biome!
