Our learning this week:
Stone Age to Iron Age enrichment day:
We had a wonderful day exploring our topic for the whole day.
We started by learning about Stone Age clothes and then created some salt dough necklaces.
We then followed instructions to create our own woolly mammoths.
The children created their own tracking messages from sticks and stones-
After lunch, Lime class finished their necklaces and then built their own caves/homes. We then learnt about Skara Brae and the stone homes which were built there.
