Maths- hundreds, tens and ones, find 1,10 or 100 more of less, number lines to 1,00-, compare and order numbers to 1,000.
Spelling- words ending in -le / -el / -il / -al and adding es after y.
Science- skeletons- identify and name bones in a range of animals, animals with and without a spine.
This week's learning-
English- the children worked hard on their sentence accuracy. They used their sentence checkers to check their sentences and make any needed changes. I was particularly impressed with their use of apostrophes to show belonging.
Science- the children learnt about the roles of the human skeleton and sorted bones depending on their functions.
