Maths: This week in maths we will be finishing our shape topic by looking at 3D shapes before moving on to position and direction. The first few lessons will be on coordinates.

Science – We will be starting a new topic on reproductions looking at sexual and asexual reproduction. Our focus this week will be at pollination.

Big Question – Are all people born good?

Have a look below to see what we’ve been up to this week:

In PE Willow have started to look at tennis.

On Wednesday Willow had a great (albeit cold) day of fieldwork and water games at Redgrave and Lopham Fen. We began at the source of the River Wavney then followed it’s path taking measurements in three different locations. We then looked at games centred around water consumption and the water cycle.

In art we are looking at the sculptor, Gia Commetti. We began by sketching simple movements and moments in time.

In science on Friday, Willow class were learning about the parts of the flower. They then dissected a flower to learn about its reproductive parts.
