This week in Willow Class we will be:
English: In English this week, we will be planning and writing our survival narratives, focusing on past tense, first person narratives.
Maths: In maths after half term, we are moving on to a new unit on area and perimeter. The first week we will be focusing on the perimeter of rectangles, rectilinear shapes and polygons as well as the area of rectangles and compound shapes.
Science – In Science, our next lesson will be on planning, testing and evaluating an investigation into insulating materials.
Big Question: Is it ever ok to tell a lie?

In maths on Friday, we did some stand alone problem solving. The children were so engaged with this and were really keen to solve the problems. Well done Willows.
