English: Dear Earth – captions and developing sentences.
Maths: Addition and subtraction. Bonds to 100, adding 1s.

Science
We had a brilliant Science lesson this week learning all about germs. We understood that some germs are good for us whereas some germs are not. We thought about the reasons why we should keep out body clean and what could happen if we didn’t. This ended up with us identifying just how many germs were secretly living on our hands after lunch… the results were shocking!
Maths
We explored related facts this week and how we can see relationships between number sentences written in ones compared to number sentences written in tens. We used practical aids to support this before applying on whiteboards and independently.
English
After exploring our new video stimulus called “Bubbles”, we created a storyboard of every step so that we’re able to transfer it into writing. We finished our week writing our first longest piece of writing, leaving Mr N very happy!
