This week we explored journey lines and how you can get around the whole of the world using the 7 continents and the 5 main oceans. We used pinboards to explore these as well as consolidate the learning over the past couple of weeks. We explored the famous journey of “Around the world in 80 days” and noticed that he only explored the Northern Hemisphere.
Using their listening and cooperative behaviours, the children worked together to complete their journeys with brilliant accuracy!
