Maths
We have had some practical sessions in Maths this week where we have been thinking carefully about the numbers to 20 as well as how numbers can be represented differently. We spoke about the key words of numerals and representations.
Art
The children were introduced to the first project we would be showcasing in our Art… 3D planets! We spoke about how this process would look and how it will be created. Our first lesson required us to interpret the surface patterns and textures of different planets. We explored these through images before using a range of tools to create patterns ourselves. The creativity was brilliant.
English
We introduced ourselves to Beegu this week. We have been recapping adjectives and exploring different ways of describing her. We also explored the use of expanded noun phrases.
