Our learning this week:
In maths we are learning to find percentages of amounts; find the whole when you know a percentage and an amount; understand increasing or decreasing a price by an amount.
In English we are learning to write a persuasive description of a place; and write a persuasive text.
In science we are learning to understand what the circulatory system is and what it does.
Elder class have learned to play the notes B, A, G, A and D on their recorders.
In English, Elder class have been writing persuasive texts. They are including lots of persuasive techniques.
