Maths: addition and subtraction. Subtracting using column addition- exchanging into the 10s and/or 100s.
Science- what is food waste? How can we reduce our food waste?
This week’s learning:
P.E. We finished our hockey sessions with a mini tournament. The children were able to put all the skills they had learnt into practise. I think we have a few future hockey stars in the making!
English- The children wrote their own Friendship stories based on Nen and the Lonely Fisherman. I was very impressed with their motivation and editing skills.
Geography- The children investigated the climate in Florida by interpreting a number of different graphs and drawing their own.
