Geography
During our Geography lessons we have been learning about the Florida. As part of this, we have been finding out about the endangered turtles which lay their eggs on Florida’s beaches. On Friday, we welcomed a visitor who gave a short talk on leatherback turtles and the threats they face. She also brought in some of the fresh water turtles she has rescued. The children found the turtles fascinating and asked lots of interesting questions- we learnt lots. Thank you Anna.
