This week in Willow Class we
will be:
English: In English
this week we will be continuing with our book The Nowhere Emporium. We will be
looking at characters in role this week and the idea of victim and bully roles for
the first chapter of the book.
Maths: In fractions
this week we will be focusing on subtracting mixed number fractions.
Science – Our new
topic this half term is Space, our next lesson is on the motion of the Earth
and other planets.

We continue to look at joining movements in PE this week.
A massive well done for everyone for taking part in the Times Table Rock Stars competition. It was fantastic to see so many of your rock star costumes.
In DT this week, we were looking at the traditional food of Scotland. We focused on rough Scottish oatcakes and tried a range of sweet and savoury toppings on them. We then ranked them in terms of flavour, texture and enjoyment.
