Maths:
This week we have been using our previous knowledge of number lines. We used this to help us place numbers up to 10,000. We also estimated where numbers would fit on a number line. We then looked at ordering and comparing numbers, looking at the different digits to support our learning.
English:
This week we have been continuing to deepen our sentence knowledge. We used subordinating conjunctions to help us write complex sentences. We also looked at writing compound sentences, using coordinating conjunctions. We then focused on using commas in a list to enhance the flow.
PE:
This week, we continued our hockey skills. We focused on passing and ensuring we had control of the ball. Standing in a square, we passed it to each other in a triangle trying to score points.
