In maths this week we are learning to add and subtract integers, find common factors and multiples, understand the rules of divisibility, recognise primes to 100.

In English this week we are learning to write a first person narrative in role, and understand character giving evidence from the text.

In science this week we are learning to classify animals based on their characteristics.

Our Big Question for this week is ‘What is faith?’

We are so proud of Isla, who performed with Theatretrain at The Royal Albert Hall in London at the weekend. What an incredible achievement. Isla, you are a superstar!

In English, Elder Class have been focusing on using different sentence types in their writing. Using a picture as a stimulus, the class wrote five-sentence narratives. They were very proud of what they achieved.

In drama with Annie this week, Elders blocked scene 2. They worked really hard on perfecting their lines and their acting.

In art, the class have been designing self-portraits based on the work of Romero Britto. They are looking great!
