English: Stone Age Boy. Plan and write our own story based on The Stone Age Boy.
Maths: Multiplication and division- multiply by 3, divide by 3, the 3 times-table, multiply by 4 and divide by 4.
Science- Rocks. Investigation -testing rocks.
This week’s learning:
In History, We continued to learn about the Stone Age. The children learnt about dangers and assets and then went on an asset hunt around the school grounds. They had suggested very clever ways to use the various things we found to help them survive in the Stone Age!
In English, the children continued to learn about adverbial phrases. They then use them top help improve a description of a Stone Age cave.
R.E. Here, the children are learning about the story of Rama and Sita.
