This week in Willow Class we will be:
English: We are starting a new stimulus this week on the classic narrative poem, The highwayman. We will be looking at writing description from the poem and adapting it into a shot playscript.
Maths: In maths this week we are starting our new topic. This will be focusing on the second part of fractions – particularly multiplying fractions and finding fractions of amounts.
Science – This term we will be looking at properties of materials. Our next lesson is planning and investigating how to insulate heat.
Big Question – If you were Prime Minister what one thing would you change?

Another great yoga session this week.
In computing the class were playing a game called Binary Blitz as they have been looking at the 8-bit binary code.
In science this week we have been looking at electrical conductors and insulators. The class conducted a simple experiment using wires, a bulb and a cell. They then connected these to different materials to see if the bulb would light up.
