TThis week in Willow Class we will be:
English: In English
this week, we will be starting a new topic in English based around the book
When we walked on the moon. We will be looking at poetry and narrative.
Maths: This week we will be
continuing with our topic on place value, our focus will be on comparing and
ordering numbers up to one million and rounding large numbers to the nearest
power of 10.
Science – Our first
topic in science this term is Forces. This week we will be looking at water
resistance.

In art today, Willow started adding paint to acetate sheets. They used a range of dots and lines to create patterns will which overlay on to their abstract drawings from last week.
In music we used the glockenspiels and tried to keep in time to the music.
